Each individual person may hold only one lbor68 account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, lbor68 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual and forfeit any bonus funds held therein. Withdrawals from duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. lbor68 cannot be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately via live chat.
Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account, or any rights thereto, to any other person. Attempts to transfer an account will result in permanent closure of the account concerned and forfeiture of the balance.
lbor68 is required to verify the identity of all players as a condition of its international licensing obligations and as a measure to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. The following KYC requirements apply:
KYC verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request. lbor68 targets a verification turnaround of 24–48 hours from receipt of complete and legible documentation. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

All bets placed on lbor68 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. lbor68 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, at its sole discretion. A bet is only valid once confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued.
Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. In the event of any discrepancy, lbor68's settlement decision shall be final. Live in-play odds are updated in real time; any bet accepted at a displayed price is valid regardless of subsequent price movement.
If lbor68 offers odds or casino game payouts that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, any bets accepted at such erroneous prices may be voided at lbor68's discretion. Players who knowingly exploit palpable errors may have their accounts reviewed.
Any disputed bet must be raised with lbor68 support within 30 days of settlement. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated. The record held by lbor68's system shall constitute the definitive record of bet placement, odds, and settlement in all disputes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, lbor68 reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account pending resolution of the relevant breach. Where closure is voluntary or due to inactivity, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. lbor68's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which lbor68 holds its international online gaming licence. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute not resolved by direct negotiation with lbor68 support may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing jurisdiction's dispute resolution framework.
